Changed your mind? We’ll change your order.
If you change your mind and want to cancel your order just contact us by phone, email or fax as soon as you can. We try to process orders the same day so it isn't always possible to cancel your order before it leaves us. If we are unable to stop the delivery, then the best thing to do is for you to refuse to accept the wines when they arrive. Just tell the carrier to return them to us and drop us a line by email to confirm. As soon as we get the wine back to our warehouse, we will refund you.
Under regulations covering distance selling transactions, you also have a right to cancel your order, in part or in full, for up to seven working days after the day on which delivery is made. If an order is cancelled after delivery, we may require faulty bottles to be returned to us.
Problems? No problem.
if a bottle is faulty in any way, please inform us and we will either provide you with a refund or give you credit towards your next order, whichever you prefer.
